Powers Enumerated to the Triumvirate

Note: A member of the triumvirate has been assigned to each power/power grouping as a project lead or point person. The name of the project lead is listed next to each section. Where there is no name, that power is shared equally across all three members. Each member may call upon the other two to support in the exercise of the power.

As of 7/25/21, these are the powers assigned to the elected triumvirate members to fulfill as they see fit:

-Book Keeping:

• Forum Administration - Xavier
  
• Management of the Discord server including but not limited to channel creation, channel moderation, announcements, and general problem solving regarding technical issues - Xavier

  • Manage distribution of in-game currency
    
  • Run audits on in-game currency as needed and/or as scheduled

• Narrative development - Xavier
  
• Quest design - James
  
• NPC development - James
  
• Monster and Enemy creation - James
  

-Safety Regulations:

• Equipment checks, including but not limited to weapons and armor - James
  
• Creation of weapon specifications - James
  
• Checking pavilion availability for scheduled sessions - Ash
  
• Checking weather for scheduled sessions - Ash
  
• Checking the game environment for scheduled sessions - James
  
• Out-of-Bounds and area set-up for scheduled sessions - James
  
• Clean-up after scheduled sessions - Xavier

-Ethics and Discipline:
NOTE: All members of the triumvirate must participate in this responsibility area. Decisions must be made via majority vote. If an issue involves a member of the triumvirate, there will be a no confidence vote put forward to the general membership to determine the appropriate disciplinary action.

• Create and maintain a disciplinary system

-Legal Issues: Ash and Xavier

• Creation, distribution, collection, and maintenance of waivers
  
• Handling any legal issues that may arise
  

-Items:

• Creation, balancing, and maintenance of in-game item list - Ash
  
• Setting of prices for in-game items - Ash
  
• Economic balancing - Ash
  

-Creation of Topic Focus Groups - for example, assigning members to "Lore Creation" and designating a leader of that group

-Balancing of in-game mechanics

-Additional responsibilities as assigned by the general membership.
